I did not get to stay here because I got sick and my friend had to go alone. She was very happy with the room (Captains Cabin) said it was clean and well done. The breakfast was also great and delivered to your door.

The staff at the hotel was a big help to her and took extra care because she was on her own.

We both hope to return to Bacelona so I will get to see it and we will stay at this hotel "Marina View B&B" only.

Thanks for taking extra care of my friend.

We stayed in the Pier Room on the night of November 13. The room is small and looks out onto a narrow alley at the side of the building -- unlike the larger rooms that give a great view of the harbour. This disadvantage is reflected in the lower price of the room, 113.42 euros including a 7% VAT. This is a hefty sum for a U.S. or Canadian visitor, whose dollar is worth only around .60 euro. But it's a lot less than some of the nearby hotels, and is worth it for the convenience to the harbour, the cruise ships and Las Ramblas. Mila was the epitome of a welcoming host. We were sorry she was not available the next morning, but her absence was efficiently compensated for by her assistant, Virginia Sol, who made and served us the delicious continental breakfast. Virginia, who is from Argentina, is studying English and French, and we had lots of fun chatting in three languages! All in all, we were lucky to find the Marina View, and would be happy to return, when hopefully our dollar will be closer to the euro in value!

We stayed at Marina View after our cruise for three days from November 14-17th 2009. Thank you so much for a great stay in Barcelona. We loved the fact we could walk everywhere in the city from your great location. The help and advice from Mila and Jose was perfect. We loved our view from the room Great sunrises and the lovely breakfasts were awesome too. We left early for our flight and Mila made up a lovely breakfast for us the night before and called a very reliable taxi that was there waiting for us downstairs. We will recommend your bed and breakfast to everyone. Thanks again,

we stayed in November for 3 nights . it is a wonderfull place with a very nice welcome by Mila, very close to the center & all nice places to visit due to the metro connection on line 3 . We occupied captain cabin (has to be the best room in the B&B) & Maremagnum rooms with a very nice view over the harbour . Good breakfast , large rooms nicely furnished. it was a really nice stay.

We were lucky to find you. We loved our stay with you ... and you. Our Captain's Cabin room was wonderful - and what a great view. Breakfast a delight. Forget Miro, Gaudi and Picasso - we'd come back, just to stay with you Mila. Thank you for making our stay In Barcelona such a memorable one.

We stayed at MarinaView from 10/10/09 to 16/10/09 and had a wonderful visit. The rooms are great - attractive and very clean, the breakfasts in the room hit the spot and Mila was incredibly helpful with all our questions and helping us with routes and dinner suggestions. The location is the best and we would definitely stay there again. Thanks for making our visit so memorable!

Thank you Mila and Marinaview. We had the best time in Barcelona made all the more wonderful by our stay with you. Felt we were in the best position in Barcelona. And we were treated like family. Thank you for all the help in getting around and what to look out for as well as pointing us in the right direction as to where to eat. Our stay was wonderful and hope to get back soon.

My husband and I stayed two nights in the Columbus room. It was very comfortable and commodious. Mila was an excellent hostess and even provided breakfast early when we had to catch a morning flight. Wonderful stay, great location.

Wonderful place to stay.
Have never been welcomed as warmly especially when we arrived in the middle of Mila's busy breakfast service time. Just wish we could have stayed longer than 3 nights, but there is always 2010....

Thank you for a delightful stay at Marina View. You made us feel so welcome we felt like old friends immediately. We thought Marina View was extremely well positioned and we loved the tasteful decor of the clean rooms. Thanks for the assistance with booking flight seats and organising a trusty taxi driver to the airport. Yummy breakfasts!

I spent two wonderful nights staying in The Arcade Room. From the moment I arrived, Mila couldn't have been more helpful. This was a trip I had been looking forward to for many months, and I wasn't disappointed! Marina View is perfectly located and the attention to detail from Mila and Jose Maria outstanding. Substantial hearty breakfast served perfectly on time. Thank you to both Mila and Jose Maria and I hope to vist in the not too distant future!

My wife and I stayed at the Pier room for 2 nights. Actually, the first night we didn't arrive until 1.15am because of a delayed Iberian flight. And there was hostess, Mila waking from a sleep to show us our room.
It was clean, comfortable and quiet, very convenient, and we were given sumptious breakfasts in our room. Mila was extremely accommodating even allowing us use of a laptop. A perfect place to stay if seeing Barcelona for a couple of days before taking a cruise.

We stayed in the Pier room for 5 nights, and to describe Marina View in one word: home. Nice, clean rooms with all the comfort you want, excellent breakfast and wonderful people who'll help you anywhere they can. Volveremos, seguro!!!
